Registration fees to the 2023 Disaster Forum Conference includes:

  • Opening Welcome Reception on Tuesday, October 24th from 5:30pm-7:30pm at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel
  • Full conference access on Wednesday, October 25th and Thursday, October 26th 
  • Breakfast, lunch and networking breaks Wednesday, October 25th and Thursday, October 26th
  • Conference Dinner and Bowling Evening Event on Wednesday, October 25th

Registration fees do not include taxes, hotel accommodations, parking, travel costs, park fees or additional fees for Tuesday workshops.  No single-day registration options available. 

Students may be asked to provide proof of post-secondary enrolment. Option to add additional registrations will be available before the payment page.

Conference Evening Events

Conference evening events (Tuesday Opening Reception and Wednesday Dinner and Bowling Evening Night) are BOTH INCLUDED with your registration fee. No additional cost to attend. Cash Bar. 


Pre-Conference Workshops

Pre-conference registration fee includes access to ONE workshop session below scheduled for Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. Pre-conference workshop registration does not include tax, hotel accommodations, travel or access to the Disaster Forum Conference starting October 25 + 26.  Pre-conference workshop registration will include coffee and nutrition breaks throughout the afternoon.

Cancellations prior to September 1 will be subject to a $50 processing fee and must be made in writing to [email protected]. After September 1 cancellations will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued. Registrations can be transferred to another individual.
